Domiciliary Carers will provide care and support for you or your loved ones when is required.
The care and support can be provided at various times of the day. Services include meal preparations, light household duties, medication assistance, escorting to medical/health appointments, collecting prescriptions and food shopping.
The visits start from 30minutes to several hours a day, depending on your care needs.
End of Life Care
We know that spending quality time with your loved one is of paramount importance; we will structure the End of Life (Palliative) care services bespoke to individuals’ needs and your families. We have a highly skilled and compassionate team of Care Workers who are experienced in providing the support needed by individuals and their families during these difficult times. Ensuring to keep you or your loved ones at the centre.
We offer companionship to reduce loneliness, which can have serious effects on your loved ones’ health. Our companionship care is framed to prevent loneliness. We accompany you to food shopping, visits to the doctors and attending any other community activities.
We provide help at home to give carers a break; it can be regular, i.e., daily (for few hours) a day, weekly, overnight or short period so your carer can take a break from their caring role.
The overnight care allows you to be supported throughout the night in the comfort of your own home. Carers will assist with overnight personal care if needed, support with toilet needs, medication and repositioning in bed. The Night Care worker will hand over to the Day Care worker to ensure continuity of care.
